First, if the Contractor together with the EU Delegation in Russia decides to continue inviting foreign speakers based outside Moscow, time management shall be improved given that for the academic community the shortest notice is on average made three months beforehand. Therefore, the Contractor reiterates the necessity to start planning the EU Study Weeks well in advance.

Second, considering comments from the participants there is a good reason to reshuffle the programme in the way to grant more time for interactive lectures, discussions and debates that could contribute to team-building.

Third, the Contractor suggests revising the idea of interactive exercises in favour of shorter assignments and incorporating more interactive lectures (similar to that conducted by Denis Daniilidis) into the programme. The Contractor would suggest holding one of the sessions in the form of a “situation analysis” or a “round-table”, where participants could develop their arguments or put forward their vision, and to argue with each other.

Fourth, given active visibility policy of the EU Delegation to Russia the Contractor would suggest disseminating more actively the information about the EU Study Weeks during the events (festivals, Europe’s Days), especially in the regions where next EU are planned to be held.
